I couldn't put this book down. I loved the first book, Inevitable, and this one did not disappoint, making me wish I had book three right now as well. This is such a great urban fantasy as mythology has always been interesting to me, and Latvian mythology is all but unknown. The beginning of the book was a bit angst, but understandable considering everything Jayne thought she knew crumbled about her within a matter of days. The heightened conflict and many mysteries kept me guessing and just when I would figure out one piece, another question would pop up. This book was great for my curious nature, as I wasn't left to wonder too long on everything, but at the same time, was left with many other things to puzzle on. I'm dying to know what the third book will bring.

Entranced Goddess of Fate Book 2 eBook Tamara Hart Heiner Reviews
I received this book as an arc. Having not read the first book in the series, it took me a while to understand what was taken place.
From then on I was immediately hooked.
Excellent plot and characters.
This was a fast-paced, fun sequel. The mythology really starts to play a bigger role in the plot line and mysteries start unravelling. Looking forward to book 3
Loved this book even more than the first one in the series. It really kept me engrossed - I didn't want to put it down. I anxiously await the next installment in the series.
This book was awesome! I haven't had the pleasure of reading the first book in this series, but even with that said I didn't feel as though I was lost in what was going on. The way the author kept me so intrigued and yearning to know what the next chapter holds is what I really loved about this book. I definitely want to go and read the first book and can not wait to find out what comes next!
I'm not normally a big fan of the mythological characters, but I love this series and this author. She has a way of making the characters fun, believable and ageless. It was fun to see one of the characters from the other book, who played a somewhat minor part, come to the forefront, but I admit I was really disappointed in what happened to the romance between Jayne and Aaron. Of course, in the end it sets us up for the next book, but I think I would have been even more invested in the story if their romance had been a little stronger in this book. Other than that, I thought it was a very enjoyable romp through the world of "what if!" (less)
This is the second book in this series and, if possible, I loved it even more than the first. But I was sad that though one 'episode' finished, the whole story didn't (which I guess is the point of a series!) and now I have to wait until the author writes the next one. Not a cliffhanger by any means though. The book is very well written, as I have come to expect from this author, and held my interest all the way through, leading to a couple of sleepless nights as it isn't a short book by any means, but well worth getting stuck into. I do recommend you read the first one before this one though. I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review and I thank the author for the opportunity.
I haven't read the first book, yet, and I think it would be best to read it first, but it didn't take long to feel caught up. This is a great YA urban fantasy. The characters are believable, and the pace is quick. I still have some questions, and it ends with lots to be resolved, so I guess I'll just have to read the next book.
I couldn't put this book down. I loved the first book, Inevitable, and this one did not disappoint, making me wish I had book three right now as well. This is such a great urban fantasy as mythology has always been interesting to me, and Latvian mythology is all but unknown.
